Hi all,
I managed to follow gizmodo instructions and upgrade my iPhone 3G OS to 3.0.
After installing 3.0 and sync-ing my phone, I was asked for my phone number for MMS. Yes, SingTel’s network is already MMS-enabled (unlike AT&T), even before the official 17th June date.
So far I’ve tried these features:
- I can MMS to my other Nokia phone
- View SMS and type in landscape. Even the SMS preview screen can be landscaped
- Delete each individual SMS instead of clearing the whole conversation
- Spotlight is found on the left of the main menu, just scroll left
- Copy & Paste. This is cool!
- Take photo from SMS or use existing ones to send as MMS
- Cookies option available in Safari settings. No need to type my userID again!
- Voice Memo is cool

As a developer, we have just released our first paid application on the AppStore. The game is priced at 99cents and we hope it’s just right for you. We need your support!
At this moment, we have plans for many new games:
- Strategy RPG
- Card games
- Other board-based & thinking games
- Arcade games
- Crazy games – this is where we want to show off the iPhone prowess
- Non-games, something like SG.Malls
Yes, you have seen many cute (but simple) games out there like Monkey pee, Golden Miner. We have just engaged our own in-house graphic designer, and she is able to do all those, perhaps even more.
We target to release the next game in 2-3 weeks. Something, we hope, can let you laugh.

- Up to 3 profiles to save your character in. Yes, you can save your progress!
5) Motivating ranking system

The App can be found (& searched with ‘mahjong’) now, but would be available from today 12pm onwards.
Yes, it is a pure Mahjong game with Singapore Mahjong rules (wiki it) – 148 tiles with flowers & animals. We hope you’ll enjoy it. It’s free by the way.

We have changed. After playing Wii games for some time, we decided to go into game development & publishing ourselves. GameFrontz is now sponsoring team raraking to develop games that people want.
Our first app will be up soon and we hope those of you who have iPhone or iPod Touch can download it and try out.
Thank you for supporting us in the past, we hope this new direction by GameFrontz will be able to serve more gamers out there.

The best game for iPhone thus far: Aurora Feint the beginning. Since I got the phone I am trying to download this game everyday. It is free, it looks good (higher res than PSP) and it is fun! The game is a MMORPG – strategy – puzzler that let you mine for crystals and other minerals, which can be used to purchase blueprints to build tools, or purchase Magicbooks to learn spells. At the collection of certain number of crytals, you level up, where you can choose to specialist as a sorceror (blast off tiles), strategist (gain more bonus in 2x combos) or other classes. You can also choose to master the 5 different elements of Earth, Fire, Water, etc.
